From Indore's lanes to your door.
Gathri ships from Indore to most of mainland India. Order by 6 pm IST and we pick your items from Indore's shops the next morning and dispatch them the same day. Orders after 6 pm go out a day later. Our Indore team walks the local shops, packs your items into a standard courier mailer with the Gathri sticker carrying the city's Place Stamp, and hands the parcel to a courier the same day.
Shipping fees
- ₹499 minimum order — a smaller parcel can't cover its own courier cost
- ₹79 flat on orders from ₹499 to ₹998
- Free on orders of ₹999 or more
Order cutoff
Place your order by 6:00 pm IST to be picked up the next morning. Orders after cutoff roll to the following day's circuit.
Delivery windows
Most cities receive it in 2–4 working days from dispatch; smaller towns can take up to 7 working days. We currently ship across mainland India. We don't yet ship to Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar or Lakshadweep — if your pincode isn't covered, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Multi-city orders
Today every order ships from Indore. As more cities open, an order with items from more than one city will ship as one parcel per city — you'll get a tracking link for each.
Payment
UPI · Cards · Netbanking · Wallets via Razorpay. Payments are prepaid at checkout — no cash-on-delivery in Phase 1.
